Pumpkin Spice Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Sprinkle of salt
Instructions
- First, add oats and almond milk to a pot of medium high heat and bring to a boil.
- Once it starts to boil, turn the heat down to simmer and add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Let cook for an additional 5 minutes, while stirring throughout.
