These mushrooms hold the delicious flavors of an all-american cheeseburger into small, bite size treats!
Ingredients
- 12 whole white mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Impossible Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 2 tbsp diced white onion
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Sprinkle of black pepper
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While the oven is preheating, add the impossible beef to a pan on medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, until brown.
- Then take the mushrooms and carefully cut out the stems and the middle area, making enough room to add the filling. Place them on a cooking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- While the mushrooms are cooking, take the cream cheese and place in a bowl and microwave for 10-15 seconds, if not already softened. Also, make sure the onion is diced into tiny pieces.
- Next, add the beef, dill relish, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese and mix well.
- Once the mushrooms are done, take them out of the oven and pat them dry. They naturally release water when cooking.
- Fill each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture and then top with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar.
- Lastly, place the mushrooms back in the oven and broil on high for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted on top.
- Take out of the oven and enjoy!
