Pineapple Ginger Juice

Aside from this juice being delicious, it is also packed with gut healthy ingredients to leave you feeling good from the inside out! Let’s be honest, we don’t always take care of our gut and sometimes it needs a little extra love. The ginger is the star of the show, with its endless benefits. Fresh ginger aids in digestion, helping get rid of nausea, bloating, gas, and any other discomfort almost immediately. It serves as an anti-inflammatory as well, even aiding in pain relief. If that wasn’t enough, ginger also helps lower blood sugar and cholesterol. Oranges, pineapples, and mangoes also have all of these benefits mentioned, as well as Vitamin C for immune health and plenty of antioxidants. The dairy-free yogurt used in this recipe has probiotics which feed on bad bacteria in the gut. Even better, all of these ingredients are easy to find, and this recipe is even easier to make! Blend up a batch of this fresh and soothing juice in just minutes and enjoy it any time!
