Easy Low Carb Pizza Crust

If you have a love for pizza but hate the carbs, this low-carb pizza crust is perfect for you!
Ingredients
- 1.25 cup almond flour
- 1.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 egg
Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, add almond flour, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese into a large bowl and place in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Take out, and use a spoon to combine as well as you can.
- Place back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Take out and add the egg.
- Using the same spoon, work the mixture together until it forms a ball of dough. For best results, use the spoon to fold mixture in half and press together, and repeat this process over until it is well combined.
- Next, take the ball of dough and spread it evenly (into a round shape) onto a parchment lined or greased cooking pan. I find it easiest to use your hands to do this. If the dough is sticking to your hands, you can lightly wet them first.
- Once the dough has been flattened out, place it in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Once the top starts to brown, it is ready to take out.
- Add your favorite sauce and toppings, broil to melt any cheese, and your pizza is ready to eat!
