This quick and simple recipe combines all of the elements of a great burger into a delicious dip that you will not be able to stop eating!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Impossible Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup white onion
  • 4 tbsp dill relish
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 12 grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep your toppings by dicing the onion and tomatoes into small pieces, and shredding the lettuce if not bought already shredded.
  2. Heat a skillet on the stove to medium heat, and add impossible beef. Add black pepper and cook about 10 minutes until browned all the way through.
  3. Take an 8x8" dish and start by adding impossible beef evenly across the bottom. Then layer the toppings evenly starting with the cheese; followed by the onion, dill relish, lettuce and then tomato.
  4. Enjoy with your favorite chips!

Notes

I recommend using my Low Carb Tortilla Chips recipe to dip with! It is a delicious pairing, and they are thicker which makes them great for dipping!
