Pepper Jelly Pizza
From spicy - to savory - to sweet, this pepper jelly pizza recipe has any and every thing you're looking for! I created this recipe after being inspired by a pizza I had at a local restaurant here in my hometown. The version I have created is so incredibly quick and easy, too! Even with only a few ingredients, this pizza is packed with flavor! The sweetness of the pepper jelly, the savoriness of all the cheeses, and the spiciness of the fresh jalapenos all work so wonderfully together! It satisfies all the taste buds and will leave you wanting more, I promise!
What Ingredients Do I Need?
Cream cheese
Fresh jalapeno
Shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Pepper Jelly PIzza
Ingredients
- 1 batch of Low Carb Pizza Crust
- 3 tbsp hot pepper jelly
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 fresh jalapeno
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Make one batch of Low Carb Pizza Crust
- Once crust is out of the oven, take the cream cheese and microwave, covered, for 20 seconds. Then microwave red pepper jelly, covered, for 15 seconds to make these ingredients easier to spread.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly across the pizza crust, then spread the hot pepper jelly over top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle both cheeses over the pizza next, and then slice the jalapenos and arrange them evenly on top.
- Broil on high for 1 minute, or until cheese is melted, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Any pizza crust can be used to make this pizza, but the nutrition facts will vary.
