Sun-Dried Tomato Aioli

Making aioli is simple, yet can add so much flavor to a variety of dishes. This sun-dried tomato aioli is perfect on sandwiches and wraps, or as a dip for chopped veggies, fries, or anything else you want to use! Aioli originally gets its name from the words “garlic and oil”, which are used as the base of the sauce. This recipe adds a fun kick to the sauce by adding sweet and tangy sun-dried tomatoes, and is so easy to make. Try this on your next burger, grilled cheese, or wrap, and your taste buds will thank you!

  • Sun-dried tomatoes

  • Minced garlic

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

This aioli is perfect on sandwiches and wraps, or as a dip for chopped veggies, fries, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegenaise
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. To start, add all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Check to make sure the sun-dried tomatoes are blended well. If there are still large chunks, blend for another 30 seconds.
  3. Enjoy it on a sandwich or wrap, and store leftovers in the refrigerator!
