Aioli originally gets its name from the words “garlic and oil”, which are used as the base of the sauce. This recipe adds a fun kick to the sauce by adding sweet and tangy sun-dried tomatoes, and is so easy to make. Ingredients
- 1 cup vegenaise
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- To start, add all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Check to make sure the sun-dried tomatoes are blended well. If there are still large chunks, blend for another 30 seconds.
- Enjoy it on a sandwich or wrap, and store leftovers in the refrigerator!
