Easy Mashed Potatoes
These homemade mashed potatoes are so quick and easy, you will never feel the need to buy potato flakes again! Potatoes are at the top of the list for the most satiating food on the planet. The amount of fiber these vegetables hold will keep you feeling full and satisfied for a long time, causing you to eat fewer calories overall. While potato flakes are a quick alternative, they lack certain vitamins (like Vitamin C and B6) that are found in the skin of the potato. These vitamins are important in maintaining a healthy immune system. Some potato flakes will also tend to have higher sodium content. This recipe is so quick and easy, you’ll have no problem ditching the flakes!
