Easy Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp red onion
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Start by cutting the avocados all the way around, long ways. Take both sides of the avocado and gently turn to separate them. Carefully remove the seed in the middle.
- Take each avocado half and squeeze into a bowl until it all comes out and discard the skin.
- Take a fork and mash the avocado up in the bowl until smooth.
- Next, dice up the red onion and cilantro and add to the bowl.
- Then add the red pepper, salt, garlic powder, and the juice from the lime.
- Mix until well combined and enjoy with your favorite chips!
