This avocado based dip is one of the easiest and healthiest to whip up any time you need a snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp red onion
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the avocados all the way around, long ways. Take both sides of the avocado and gently turn to separate them. Carefully remove the seed in the middle.
  2. Take each avocado half and squeeze into a bowl until it all comes out and discard the skin.
  3. Take a fork and mash the avocado up in the bowl until smooth.
  4. Next, dice up the red onion and cilantro and add to the bowl.
  5. Then add the red pepper, salt, garlic powder, and the juice from the lime.
  6. Mix until well combined and enjoy with your favorite chips!
