These little legumes are packed full of health benefits from helping with digestion due to their high fiber content, to lowering blood sugar, cholesterol, and your risk for cancer! They can be used to make dips like hummus, to make falafel or burgers, a meat replacement, or even desserts such as brownies or cookie dough. But if you are just looking for a crunchy snack, these are a healthy and satisfying choice for that as well. It is as easy as adding your spices and tossing them in the air fryer!
