Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 3 tbsp Silk Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
Instructions
- Using a mason jar, or any container with a airtight lid, start assembling by adding the oats first.
- Next, add the milk, and then the blueberries. It's important that the milk is at the bottom with the oats, so that they can soak overnight.
- Then add the flax seed, the yogurt, and finally, the syrup to the top.
- Store in the refrigerator overnight. When you are ready to eat them, simply remove the lid, give it a stir, and enjoy cold!
