These overnight oats are a simple, healthy, and delicious way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 3 tbsp Silk Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tbsp sugar free syrup

Instructions

  1. Using a mason jar, or any container with a airtight lid, start assembling by adding the oats first.
  2. Next, add the milk, and then the blueberries. It's important that the milk is at the bottom with the oats, so that they can soak overnight.
  3. Then add the flax seed, the yogurt, and finally, the syrup to the top.
  4. Store in the refrigerator overnight. When you are ready to eat them, simply remove the lid, give it a stir, and enjoy cold!
