Vegan Ranch Dressing
Who doesn’t love the savory, zesty, flavorful taste of a good ranch dressing? Ranch just has that special way of making everything taste better! With all the natural herbs and spices that go into making this dressing, it's one of a kind and delicious. After realizing that I enjoyed the homemade ranch that I would get at restaurants way better than the kind that came out of a bottle, I was determined to make my own, and make it vegan. That is how I came up with this recipe. I used to use the ranch seasoning packets, but once I took the time to read the ingredients, I stopped using them. The main ingredient in those packets is maltodextrin, which is a highly processed additive that alters gut bacteria, resulting in a not so happy stomach. I am happy to say this recipe is a simple and healthy alternative!
