These are the perfect snack to keep you feeling energized and satisfied throughout the day!
Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup natural chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 2 scoops vanilla bean protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Start by adding the oats, pecans, walnuts, pepitas, chocolate chips, protein powder and chia seeds together in a large bowl and mix until combined.
- Then add the peanut butter and maple syrup to the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Lastly, using your hands, start forming balls by rolling in your hands. I make these about golf ball size. It should make 15-20 balls when finished.
- Store in refrigerator and enjoy a couple when you need a protein packed, energizing snack!
