Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

This recipe is an easy, cheesy, more flavorful version of the classic sloppy joe! If you enjoyed sloppy joe’s as a child, or even as an adult, you need to try this take on the popular sandwich. I was never a big fan of the tomato sauce that the original recipe calls for because it was just a little too messy (and a little boring) for me. This recipe, however, which mixes onions, green peppers, and mozzarella cheese, is one of my favorite recipes!. Oh, and did I mention that it is vegetarian? Shhh…no one would ever know. This is sure to be a hit with the whole family!
